These Terms of Use govern your use of SMSGuard. By using the app, you agree to use it in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules.
SMSGuard provides SMS/MMS management, spam filtering, blocking, backup and restore, notifications, and optional Premium features.
Some features may depend on your Android version, device, mobile carrier, region, permissions, and Google services.
SMSGuard may require access to SMS, MMS, contacts, phone state, notifications, and other permissions necessary to provide messaging-related features.
You are responsible for using SMSGuard in accordance with applicable laws and your mobile carrier's rules.
SMSGuard may offer optional Premium subscriptions through Google Play.
Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and applicable refunds are handled by Google Play according to Google Play terms and your account settings.
SMSGuard may offer optional Google Drive backup and restore functionality.
Backup and restore actions are initiated by you and require authorization through your Google account.
SMSGuard uses the Google Drive app-specific data area and does not request general access to browse unrelated files in your Google Drive account.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for managing backup data stored in your account.
The free version of SMSGuard may display advertisements through third-party services such as Google AdMob.
You must not misuse SMSGuard, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with app security, use the app for unlawful activities, or violate applicable platform rules.
We do not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device or at all times.
Features may be modified, updated, added, or removed as the application evolves.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SMSGuard is provided without guarantees that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Users remain responsible for important messages, backups, account access, and device data.
